Answer for how to order prepared slides

When will I receive my order?

Normally after received your order, we will arrange the shipment within 3 days if the quantity is small and we have enough stock; otherwise, we will contact you via email or call you to confirm all the issues.

What are the payment options?

We accept PayPal in the online store.
If you want to do a purchase order, please email info@ihappysci.com. We can accept Western-Union or wire transfer.

For which countries are the slides currently available? How are shipping costs calculated?

Happy Science products ship worldwide.
Shipping is charged based on using Courier such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, DPEX, Aramex or EMS.
For international shipping, there may be additional customs fees that are paid by the recipient at the time of delivery. Please note that the customs fee varies by the destination country, and the Happy Science team cannot predict the amount. For more details, please read “International Shipping Information” below.

International Shipping Information

Here is important information for you to receive a package.

Your package will ship from China.

You will receive your tracking number 3 to 14 business days after you place the order.

Import duty/tax is the recipient’s responsibility

Please be advised that the additional custom/import fee may be levied by the destination country’s customs office at the time of customs clearance. Custom/import fee is not included in the shipping cost.
It is the recipient’s responsibility to follow up with the courier/customs office to proceed with the customs clearance.

Before placing your order, please confirm that:

You understand your responsibility for customs clearance
You understand that you are responsible for any additional payment of import duty/tax to the local customs office.
You are able to provide any documents required by the local customs office for customs clearance.
You understand that the Happy Science team does not have control over the amount of import duty/tax incurred and that the Happy Science team cannot predict what the amount may be.
